Looking for a fun family activity this summer? Want to try something different? Then grab your mum, dad, brother, sister, grandma and grandad and bring them along to a great family day out.

Your chance to try cricket

Active Durham, in partnership with City of Durham Leisure Services, Durham Cricket Board and Brandon and Durham City Cricket Clubs, are hosting a number of 'come and try it' days for families, women & girls and disabled adults.

What's on offer?

The day includes basic batting, bowling, fielding skills, introduction to umpiring and lots of fun games and challenges.

Who can join in?

Anyone can have a go, you don't need to have played before and it's all FREE.

Special offer

There's an additional bonus too! Any child who has taken part will have the chance to see Durham County Cricket Club at The Riverside for free. They must be accompanied by a paying adult. Transport is provided.
