Lifestyle Fitness Memberships

This membership is available at the Freeman's Quay Leisure Centre. The centre is the largest fitness facility in the area and membership includes.

• Full use of the 130 station fitness suite
• Free access to public swimming sessions in the 25 metre 8 lane pool
• Free access to the steam room and Tepidarium
• Free entry to exercise classes

Memberships are available at both peak and off peak rates (off peak Mon - Fri 9:00am till 12:00pm and 2:00pm till 4:00pm, plus all weekend)
